FreTech to Distribute Green Armor Solutions Authentication & Anti-Phishing Technologies in Singapore and Malaysia

February 8, 2006 - Hackensack, NJ and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - FreTech Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Wamata group of companies, has announced that it will distribute Green Armor Solutions’ Identity Cues authentication and anti-phishing products in Singapore and Malaysia.

“Green Armor Solutions’ authentication and anti-phishing technologies are clearly the easiest for end users and offer the lowest Total Cost of Ownership in the industry,” said Mr. Chin Tan, Managing Director of FreTech. “We are delighted to bring the benefits of these unique technologies to firms in the Pacific Rim. Enterprises in our region can now implement strong two-factor authentication as well as protect against phishing and online fraud without sacrificing ease of use and without incurring a great expense.”

Green Armor Solutions’ Identity Cues series of enterprise software products leverage a combination of technology and psychology to deliver both maximum security and maximum user convenience. Two-factor authentication and protection against phishing are both achieved without requiring user enrollment, without complicating the user login process, and without requiring users to carry any security devices. Green Armor Solutions’ products require minimal ongoing maintenance and sport a far lower Total Cost of Ownership than alternative technologies.

“We are excited to partner with FreTech to bring our unique technology to Malaysia and Singapore. Combating online fraud and implementing strong authentication are global concerns, and our partnership with Fretech will allow more firms to benefit from the easiest solution to these challenges,” said Shira Rubinoff, President of Green Armor Solutions.

Financial institutions around the globe are seeking to improve authentication and reduce fraud, but many of the technologies on the market are simply too complex and too expensive to be rolled out to general users. The simplicity of the Identity Cues series of products makes it ideal for authenticating consumers and for protecting against online fraud.
